ORLY P. STEINBERG, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Steinberg grew up in Houston, Texas, where her parents still live. She received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. After college she returned to Houston for medical school and graduated in 1996 from Baylor College of Medicine. |
Dr. Steinberg then completed her residency at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., in 2000. While there she received numerous awards for her surgical skills, research on polycystic ovary syndrome and patient care.
Dr. Steinberg is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Her special interests in medicine include high-risk obstetrics, menopause, incontinence, pelvic reconstructive surgery, laparoscopic surgery and other minimally invasive surgery techniques. It is the interesting people she meets every day, however, that make her enjoy her work so much.
In her leisure time, Dr. Steinberg enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling, experiencing the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Anna M. Welcome, MD
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Anna Welcome has come to Mill Creek OB/GYN from Los Angeles, California, where she studied Female Sexual Medicine and Female Urology. Her particular areas of interest include the treatment of Female Sexual Dysfunction, Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Menopausal Symptoms and Vulvodynia. |
Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Welcome received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Illinois State University and a Master of Fine Arts from Brandeis University in Massachusetts, both in Theatrical Costume Design. She earned awards for her work during her years costuming for film and television.
Dr. Welcome received her medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Thereafter, she completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital. During her medical training, Dr. Welcome was the recipient of several awards for her academic performance and compassionate care of patients, and served as Administrative Chief Resident.
Dr. Welcome lives in the Seattle area with her photographer-husband Bill and their two dogs. In addition to being active in Girl Scouts, she enjoys avid reading, theater, art, films, canoeing and traveling.
