The inner part of my labia seems a lot longer than the outer part, is this really weird or what? Should I have surgery to fix it?

No, you do not need surgery, unless you are having pain as a result of the inner labia, or labia minora, being particularly long. Some women have short labia minora, and some have longer labia minora. If the inner labia become long enough so they get in the way of sex or get caught in underwear, or make it too uncomfortable to wear underwear or a bathing suit, they can be shortened surgically. This surgery is performed in the operating room under anesthesia. While there is little down time from this procedure, complete healing can take a couple of months.
